Your main base would be Sydenham Hill with a requirement to travel to other sites.

As we embark on a journey of growth, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Recovery Coordinator who has experience within Supported Housing to work within a team to plan and embed a diverse programme of ongoing activities for our residents to promote their physical, emotion and social wellbeing.

Our goal is to support and encourage independence, reduce social isolation, and ensure the activity programme is person centred and conducive to overall recovery and rehabilitation.

About the Role of Recovery Coordinator:

·        Work within allocated budgets per event/activity.

·        Seek feedback from residents, team members and other stakeholders to continually improve the activity programmes.

·        Work with a number of stakeholders to compile and communicate newsletters, posters and leaflets.

·        Ensure that activities comply with health and safety regulation/legislation and conduct activity risk assessments as required.

·        Adherence to Dinardos Safeguarding policies and identify/report any concerns.

·        Work on a rota basis with the teams so that activities are not restricted to certain days and are available at weekends as well as weekdays.

About You:

·        Previous experience of planning and delivery of activities and/or events.
