  • Team Leadership: Manage the HR division, track annual targets, and recruit new team members.
  • Candidate Management: Write job ads, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain CRM records.
  • Business Development: Build client relationships, expand networks, and meet KPIs.
  • Client Service: Take detailed job briefs, provide market insights, and ensure top-notch service delivery.
