A rare opportunity to join a leading Law firm and work as part of a small and friendly team who are responsible for the graduate and experienced hire recruitment process. You will support the talent acquisition team and undertake a broad and varied role where no two days will be the same.

The HR team at this firm are a fun, social, collaborative, close-knit team and this is a great opportunity to join a firm that is in growth mode. They are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and operate within a high performing culture. Some of the role responsibilities will include:

  • Arranging interviews, greeting candidates and collating feedback
  • Dealing with background checks and all new joiner processes including arranging orientation sessions.
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers, updating candidate details and monitoring application progress.
  • Uploading and amending job descriptions to the website and job boards, whilst managing the London Recruitment inbox
  • Reviewing applications and helping select those suitable.
  • Helping organise the summer programme including assisting with event planning.
  • Involvement in the promotion of the firm on campus and attendance at law fairs.
  • Organising event materials/stands, travel and attendees.
  • Coordinate graduate schemes including events, presentations and assessments/interviews.

Experience required

  • Proven recruitment experience (either agency or in-house)
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • At least 12 months minimum experience within a recruitment role or graduate recruitment role
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Working in a high-volume recruitment role
  • Strong attention to detail
