A rare opportunity to join a leading Law firm and work as part of a small and friendly team who are responsible for the graduate and experienced hire recruitment process. You will support the talent acquisition team and undertake a broad and varied role where no two days will be the same.

They are looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, the ability to multi-task and operate within a high performing culture. Some of the role responsibilities will include:
- Arranging interviews, greeting candidates and collating feedback
- Dealing with background checks and all new joiner processes including arranging orientation sessions.
- Maintaining recruitment trackers, updating candidate details and monitoring application progress.
- Uploading and amending job descriptions to the website and job boards, whilst managing the London Recruitment inbox
- Reviewing applications and helping select those suitable.
- Helping organise the summer programme including assisting with event planning.
- Involvement in the promotion of the firm on campus and attendance at law fairs.
- Organising event materials/stands, travel and attendees.
- Coordinate graduate schemes including events, presentations and assessments/interviews.
Experience required
- Proven recruitment experience (either agency or in-house)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- At least 12 months minimum experience within a recruitment role or graduate recruitment role
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Working in a high-volume recruitment role
- Strong attention to detail
