NEW YEAR – EXCITING OPPORTUNITY FOR Recruitment RESOURCER

Purpose of the role:

One of the UK’s leading EDUCATION Recruitment Consultancies are currently recruiting a Resourcer to join their busy and high performance team within their city office.

The main purpose of the role is to provide resource support (generate candidates) for vacancies they are resourcing for

Main tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates, pre-screening the individuals and procuring their CVs and creating a shortlist of candidates
  • Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment
  • Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships with candidates
  • Meeting with candidates, preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable candidates
  • Organising interviews for candidates as requested
  • Working towards targets that may relating to the number of candidates generated which are placed, a value to be billed and business leads generated

Successful candidates will need to have minimum 6 months resourcing experience and have recruited and delivered into large corporate environments.  You will also need to have fantastic communication skills (written and verbal), a confident telephone manner and lots of drive and enthusiasm.
