Job Purpose: To develop and manage the resourcing for the Construction Team. Provide proactive and top recruitment solutions to overcome recruitment difficulties. Keep all records up to date and connect the void between sales and service.
Key Tasks- Provide consistent management of the Perm and Temp workforce, making sure all bookings are filled with appropriately qualified staff.
- Ensure you obtain right to work from all candidates before placing in a position.
- Take ownership of job advertising adverts.
- Liaise with the appropriate staff involved both internally and externally to enable the smooth running of all contracts.
- Deal with all problems and complaints from clients and candidates
- Manage all contracts cost effectively.
- Entering candidates details onto the database from ad response
- Review all current processes, identifying ways to improve the service and time taken to recruit.
- Good general level of education – No need Graduate.
- Ideally, recruitment experience or a background in B2B industry.
Experience of dealing with clients
- Involved in administration and the maintenance of a database.
- Good keyboard skills
