About Us: Our team is currently recruiting registered Physiotherapists for NHS in the UK. They are offering full-time, part-time, and Locum positions in hospitals, and community centers in the UK.

Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team. The Physiotherapist will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy services to patients of all ages with physical, developmental, or cognitive impairments. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to promoting independence and enhancing the quality of life for our patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities, limitations, and needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practice guidelines.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
  • Provide adaptive equipment recommendations, environmental modifications, and home exercise programs to support patient's independence and safety.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and social workers, to coordinate patient care and optimize outcomes.
  • Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document all clinical interventions in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the therapeutic process, home management strategies, and community resources available to support continued progress and independence.
  • Participate in departmental meetings, in-service training sessions, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical skills and promote best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited program.
  • HCPC registration certificate.
  • CPR certification (preferred).
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations across the lifespan (pediatric, adult, geriatric).
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice, and ethical standards in healthcare.
