�? The Role �?
As the Temporary Membership Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the membership lifecycle process and managing the administration of applications and renewals. Your key responsibilities will include:
?? Membership operations support for individual memberships
- Ensure an efficient and effective member lifecycle support
- Handle membership renewals and provide technical support
- Implement lifecycle related communications plans
- Coordinate customer service support for membership lifecycle enquiries
?? Membership, register, and CPD assessments
- Oversee and coordinate membership and register applications
- Support assessment panels and recruit new assessors
- Coordinate CPD monitoring and assessment processes
- Prepare data and reports for Science Council and IFST Board
?? Promoting professional development
- Work with colleagues to promote professional recognition and CPD
- Support employer professional development schemes
?? Accreditation
- Coordinate assessment processes for sensory and degree course accreditation schemes
- Resolve enquiries and oversee the annual SALSA assessment processes
?? CRM and Finance
- Oversee membership lifecycle and My CPD processes in the CRM
- Take payments, issue invoices, and provide reports for individual memberships
- Support creation of budgets and operationalize fee increases
?? Management and Other responsibilities
- Line manage and develop Registration and Accreditation Officer and Administrator
- Uphold and promote professional standards
- Participate in development projects and other activities as required
- Provide committee support
?? Qualifications and Skills ??
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in membership management or a similar role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and finance processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
