Reinsurance Broker - Marine

Basic Salary Budgeted at £120,000 (however, negotiable for higher, if you have relationships/contacts that can be utilized after covenant periods) + Attractive Bonus & Benefits

A prestige, well-established and international Lloyd's Broker, with a strong presence within the London Market Insurance, are now actively seeking an experienced Broker, within their International Reinsurance Division.

The Role

Within this exciting position, you will responsible for assisting with the management and growth of a lucrative portfolio of Worldwide Reinsurance business (biased towards Cross-Class Marine) along with several other Non-Marine Risks.

You will be responsible for day-to-day Broking duties for both renewal and new business, attending meetings with clients and re-insurers, working collaboratively with Broker colleagues, as well as assisting with the development of new opportunities for all classes of reinsurance business.

About You

The ideal individual has 8 years+ of Lloyd's Broking experience and experience in Treaty Reinsurance business.

Please note, Whilst this is focused on various business classes, the position sits within the companies Marine & Aviation Division, which is of course a bulk of the current portfolio, so having experience within any Marine sub-class is desirable, however, our client is open on your business class exposure.
