Fully remote - Evening Document Production Specialist (5pm - 12am)

Ryder Reid Legal is recruiting for a Document Production Specialist to join one of our renowned law firm clients on a permanent basis. This role will be supporting within the document management team to provide the Firm with first class professional, accurate and timely document management production service.

The ideal candidate will have previous document production experience working within a law firm.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Preparing documents
  • Converting documents
  • Producing PowerPoint presentations
  • Producing Excel data
  • Proofreading documents

Candidates must have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent eye for detail
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Law firm experience

The successful candidate will be an excellent team player, resilient and able to deal with issues as they arise, proactive and highly motivated.

To be considered for this role, you must have previous law firm experience working in a similar role with advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Kofax and any other systems implemented by the firm.
