Telephone Fundraiser / Telesales Executive

Location: Nationwide

Salary: From £11.45 per hour (With a performance pay increase after 2 weeks)

Hours: 11am - 7pm Monday to Thursday and 10-5 Friday.

The company is experiencing an exciting period of growth and are looking for skilled telephone fundraisers / telephone executives to join their dynamic, forward thinking team.  

The ideal candidate will have experience in telephone fundraising or telesales, great communication skills, a passion for charities and sales, and a strong work ethic. 

The Role

Representing national charities such as The Dogs Trust and Your Hospice Lottery, you will be calling prospects in the UK, inspiring them to donate on a regular basis, providing much needed funding for charities and building support with every conversation.

This role involves following a script and using a dialler system.

The hours are 11am - 7pm Monday to Thursday and 10-5 Friday.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in Telephone Fundraising/ Face to Face Fundraising
• You are able to work remotely.
• You have a pc or mac and USB/Bluetooth headset
• You have fantastic communication skills
• You are target driven & hungry for success
• Good IT literacy, you will be switching between CRM’s.
• Can multitask and adapt your style to communicate with customers.
• You have the right to work in UK and have all of your ID in place.
