We have a great opportunity for an accomplished Repairs Co-Ordinator to join our clients welcoming team. As a Repairs Co-Ordinator, you will be supporting the completing of repairs which have been scheduled in the London region.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Repairs Co-Ordinator your key duties will include:
- Supporting the team to ensure accurate information is collected and coordinated to meet the required SLAs
- Provide stats and KPI data to assist managers in target setting, performance monitoring and implementing improvements
- Updating all records in an accurate and timely manner
- Identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring they are dealt with
- Maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders such as managers and trade colleagues
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be considered for the role of Repairs Co-Ordinator, you must have:
- Proven experience within an administrative, scheduling or customer service role within property services/ repairs
- Strong experience of producing reports/ KPI data for managers
- Excellent communication skills, over the phone and via email
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficient user of Microsoft packages including as Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
