Reprographics Officer

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Reprographics Officer to join our dedicated team at a vibrant mainstream secondary school in Southwark. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organisational skills, and previous experience in reprographics to ensure smooth and efficient printing and copying services for both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain reprographics equipment, ensuring all printing, photocopying, and document production needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Produce a wide range of high-quality printed materials, including lesson resources, exam papers, student reports, and promotional materials.
  • Manage the school's print and photocopying systems, including monitoring usage and ordering supplies as required.
  • Collaborate with staff across various departments to ensure timely and accurate production of materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and proper usage of reprographics equipment.
  • Maintain records of print requests and track document production to meet deadlines.
  • Provide technical support to staff on the use of reprographics equipment and software.

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reprographics-based role is essential.
