We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Reprographics Technician to manage our reprographics room and support the educational needs of our school. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality document production and maintaining audio-visual equipment, ensuring that staff and students have access to the resources they need for effective teaching and learning.

Day to Day of the role:
  • Oversee the reprographics room, ensuring resources and services are readily available to staff.
  • Develop and maintain systems for an efficient reprographic service.
  • Manage IT peripherals, consumables, and maintain paper stock levels.
  • Produce high-quality documents and assist teachers in developing resources.
  • Maintain a consistent ‘house-style’ for all audio and visual materials.
  • Support the Headteacher’s PA with resources and printing of the Parent’s newsletter.
  • Ensure timely updates of the staff intranet and display screens.
  • Collate information for and manage the e-distribution of the pupil newsletter.
  • Support pupils and teachers with photocopying and reprographic tasks as directed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in operating high-volume reprographic machines and maintaining supplies.
  • Ability to perform routine maintenance and simple repairs on equipment.
  • Familiarity with guidelines for licensed photocopying in schools (CLA Licence).
  • Competence in setting up AV equipment for school assemblies and supporting the Performing Arts department with sound and lighting.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • A commitment to the school’s ethos and equal opportunities policies.
