About the role of a Resident Engineer

We are looking for a Resident Engineer with a Plumbing or Mechanical bias in Holborn. There are 5 areas to maintain but you will be based at 1 site mainly. The areas are a 15-20 minutes walk away or there is a van that can be used to move between sites. This van can also be used for personal usage.

Responsibilities for the Resident Engineer

  • Maintenance work on Plumbing/Mechanical systems this is both PPM and reactive work
  • Shower head cleaning,AHUs and FCU's
  • Some work on Hot water systems
  • L8 water testing
  • Working with one other engineer

Requirements for Resident Engineer

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2
  • Previous Building Services experience
  • Need to be competent with communication
  • Time keeping is important for this client
  • Lifting
