Job Title: Residential conveyancer

Job type: Permanent

Location: North London (hybrid - 4 days in the office, one day WFH)

Working hours: 35 hrs/week

Salary: £50000 - £75000 (depending on the candidate`s level of experience) + Bonus

Our client, a well-established firm based in north London, is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancerwith 5+ years of proven residential property experience. This is an independent fee earning role, undertaking residential conveyancing. Enfranchisement and/or probate experience would be a bonus.

Key skills:

  • Excellent communicator able to build strong relationships with clients, through efficiency and great client service.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, manage own time and caseload and meet tight deadlines.
  • Commercial and financial awareness with ability to take responsibility for financial control of own client matters.
  • Committed team player able to achieve set targets.

The package is negotiable but will include:
