Job Title: Residential conveyancer

Location: North London (hybrid - 4 days in the office, one day WFH)

Working hours: 35 hrs/week

Salary: £50000 - £75000 (depending on the candidate`s level of experience) + Bonus

Our client, a well-established firm based in north London, is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancerwith 5+ years of proven residential property experience. This is an independent fee earning role, undertaking residential conveyancing. Enfranchisement and/or probate experience would be a bonus.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise, manage own time and caseload and meet tight deadlines.
Commercial and financial awareness with ability to take responsibility for financial control of own client matters.

The package is negotiable but will include:
