Residential Living Recruitment is recruiting a Night Duty Manager for a luxury residential development. This individual will take a leadership role for the onsite team through the night and be responsible for smooth operations at this unique development.
Role : Night Duty Manager
Hours : 7pm till 7am 4 on 4 off
Location : London
Salary : £36,000
Role Duties:
Ensure everyone at the development receives the highest level of customer service
Oversee and coordinate various operational departments such as security, concierge, and housekeeping
Serve as a key leadership figure during night shifts
Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders
Oversees all night time operations at the development
Be first point of contact for any incidents or issues related to customers, team members and visitors
Utilise staff, contractors, and the other resources available to ensure the highest quality of service is provided
Be a champion of Health & Safety and company values
Person specification:
Experience in a similar environment e.g. Hotel, Private Members Club or Residential Development
We require an individual with a strong work ethic
Show excellent leadership qualities
Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Be comfortable to thrive under high-pressure situations while effectively managing large teams
