On behalf of my client i am recruiting for residential Porter / concierge based at a high end development in Bethnal Green: -
Property Assistant / Porter
- Salary: £26,000
- Hours / week & whether shift works: 4 day on / 4 days off - 7am to 7pm
- Holidays: 20 days per annum
Purpose of the role: To ensure the best possible experience for the residents.
Responsibilities:
Being present at the entrance of the development
Receiving and delivering parcels and food orders for the residents
Covering the front desk
Answering the phone & emails
General portering
No Cleaning at all
