My client, a trusted partner of a leading fire systems group, is expanding their rapidly growing projects team once again. Their dynamic and energetic residential division is going from strength to strength, and they are now seeking a driven and self-motivated Project Manager with at least 3 years of experience in sprinklers. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant, youthful team that thrives on collaboration and celebrates success. The Role:

  • Oversee multiple high-value projects ranging from £2M to £3M.
  • Liaise with site managers across 8-10 residential sprinkler installation jobs.
  • Effectively manage budgets to maximise profit and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Organize materials and equipment for installations.
  • Conduct thorough site surveys.
  • Ensure work complies with BS9251 regulations.
  • Prepare and deliver QA documents.
  • Monitor project timelines to meet client expectations and targets.
  • Attend weekly progress meetings at the head office.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management/supervision within residential sprinklers.
  • In-date CSCS card with relevant qualifications (e.g., RSA certificate).
  • Solid understanding of BS9251 regulations.
  • A hands-on and self-motivated approach to project management.
  • Excellent time and team management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong client communication skills and effective liaison abilities.
  • Eagerness to progress within a growing company, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Open and transparent working style, receptive to feedback.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • A clean driving license is preferred.
  • Ability to perform under pressure while delivering top results for clients.
