What Is My Role as Reception Supervisor?
As Reception Supervisor, you will lead our team of receptionists and cloakroom attendants with the Reception Manager and Matre D. You will ensure the team delivers an exceptional welcome and farewell experience to every guest.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coaching and training receptionists, supporting staff development
- Supervising daily reception operations, including shifts and breaks
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
- Collaborating with management to enhance service standards
- Be an energetic role model in the reception area
