Retrofit Assessor (London)

Salary: £35,000 - £42,000

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified Retrofit Assessor to join a multidisciplinary team based in London and around the South East. You'll play a key role in advising and delivering retrofit projects that aim to reduce carbon emissions and improve energy performance. Key Responsibilities of this Retrofit Assessor role:

Conduct detailed energy assessments and surveys of existing properties to assess suitability for retrofit improvements.
Advise clients on appropriate energy-saving measures, including insulation, heating systems, ventilation, and renewable energy sources.
Prepare comprehensive Retrofit Assessments and Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
Ensure compliance with building regulations and government schemes (e.g., PAS2035).
Provide expert recommendations for energy efficiency upgrades and ensure effective implementation of retrofit measures.

Key Skills & Qualifications required to be considered for this retrofit assessor:

Qualified Retrofit Assessor.
(Ideally) DEA qualified.
Experience in energy assessments and knowledge of retrofit standards.
In-depth understanding of energy efficiency measures, building regulations, and relevant sustainability policies.
Experience with energy modelling software is desirable but not essential.
