6 Month Contract - 35-38ph
Brand new requirement here for an experienced Revit MEP Coordinator to join a busy MEP Subcontractor on a large Commercial project in Central London, with 2-3 days per week from home on a contract OUTSIDE IR35.
The project schedule is due to complete in about May 2025, so the initial contract will be for 6 months. These guys however are winning more work all the time, and so there is a very high likelihood of extension beyond the initial 6 months.
Day to day you will be working alongside a project BIM Manager for the MEP Sub, and will be expected to attend project BIM Meetings in their absence. You will also work alongside the Engineers and Commissioning teams to help get the model ready for use throughout the building lifecycle.
