- Support the Reward and People Operations team in leading key reward project activity
- Ensure smooth pension administration and pension relationship and stakeholder management
- Supporting the budgeting and management of all pension costs
- Offer support to employees at all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Experience in a Rewards and Pensions environment
- In-house pensions experience on DB & DC schemes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of UK occupational pensions, regulations and HMRC requirements
