Reward & Pension Coordinator West End£45,000 - £48,000 THE COMPANY: Our client is a property firm who are seeking a Reward and Pension Coordinator to join on a fixed term to permanent basis. THE ROLE:
  • Support the Reward and People Operations team in leading key reward project activity
  • Ensure smooth pension administration and pension relationship and stakeholder management
  • Supporting the budgeting and management of all pension costs
  • Offer support to employees at all stages of the employee lifecycle
THE PERSON:
  • Experience in a Rewards and Pensions environment
  • In-house pensions experience on DB & DC schemes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Understanding of UK occupational pensions, regulations and HMRC requirements
