Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Design, review, and optimize global reward programs, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Provide data-driven insights to HR and leadership to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compensation policies align with business objectives.
- Monitor trends and developments in global compensation practices, staying ahead of industry shifts.
- Support the implementation of salary reviews, promotions, and incentive schemes.
