Immediate Start Required

Resourcing4HR are looking for an experienced Reward Manager to join a globally recognised brand on a 12 month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. Based in Central London (3 days in office) and reporting to the Head of Reward this role offers a fantastic opportunity to manage key reward processes and drive compensation and benefits strategies within a dynamic and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual compensation cycle, including salary benchmarking, bonus analysis, and budget planning.
  • Oversee and manage the benefits offering, including health insurance, retail discounts, and well-being initiatives.
  • Manage salary benchmarking submissions using the WTW framework and oversee external survey participation.
  • Ensure compliance with reward-related regulations, including gender pay gap reporting and EU directive implementations.
  • Partner closely with Finance and HR to provide insights and recommendations on reward strategies.
  • Support performance management processes and contribute to broader talent and well-being initiatives.

Key Requirements:

  • Must be available to start immediately
  • Proven experience as a Reward Manager in a similar-sized organisation (circa 2,000 employees).
  • Workday experience is essential - candidates without Workday expertise will not be considered.
  • Strong experience with WTW job grading methodology and salary benchmarking processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • A confident relationship builder, able to influence and engage with key business partners across HR, Finance, and wider teams.
  • Proficient in Excel and HRIS systems, with experience managing compensation and benefits reporting.
