Are you experienced with RFP's and a clear & organised thinker? We are working on behalf on a Asset Management client who is seeking an experienced and autonomous individual who can help to organise and shape the RFP process within the firm. This is the perfect opportunity to combine all of your previous experience and consult with a listening firm, who values your thoughts an opinions. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and legal departments, to gather information and develop customized, persuasive proposals that align with client needs and organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and interpret RFP requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the client's needs.
  • Collate RFP responses in a central and organised function. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational, and financial data for the proposal.
  • Write, edit, and organize proposal content, including executive summaries, technical solutions, and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with RFP guidelines, including deadlines, formatting, and submission requirements.
  • Proofread and revise proposals for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Track and manage multiple RFP projects simultaneously, ensuring timely submissions.
