The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience in a Room Leader or Nursery Practitioner role. Additionally, the candidate must possess a comprehensive understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Room Leader - Hackney

Room Leaders are responsible for the overall running of their assigned room in a nursery or similar setting for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
administering and maintaining a high standard of teaching and learning that stimulates children and supports their individual personal development.
Supports, supervises and motivates staff in their room, shares professional knowledge to improve practice
Promoting and ensuring a safe, caring, stimulating educational environment
