A Room Leader is required for a busy toddler room at an independent family-run nursery, offering a leading salary and a 4.5-day work week.
Candidates must have recent UK experience as a Nursery Room Leader, specifically in a toddler room, and be Level 3 qualified or above in Childcare.

The nursery is closed over Christmas and New Year, and staff receive an extra 2 days of holiday for every year worked beyond two years.

Room Leader Requirements:

Recent UK experience as a Nursery Room Leader
Toddler roomexperience
Level 3 qualified or above in Childcare
Good knowledge of EYFS and Safeguarding
Ability to work well as a team, motivate staff and communicate with parents.
