Russell Group Graduate | Secondary Support Assistant Role | North London-based role

One of our up-and-coming SEND Secondary Schools in Barnet is looking for a Psychology Graduate to become a part of their staff, to help motivate students, support them academically AND pastorally, uplift grades, and make a mark on the school!   

Russell Group Graduate | Responsibilities:

  • Work with students across year groups, and across subjects.
  • Support Students with a range of abilities as a Russell Group Graduate, including those with SEND.
  • A Russell Group Graduate will be expected to work 1:1 with students or lead small group interventions for students to achieve results.
  • Develop your skills in areas such as leadership, public speaking, and behaviour management, along with many other skills!
  • Assess the needs of children, and cater your approach to suit the individual needs of the children.
