Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior teachers in delivering dynamic lessons that engage students with core concepts
  • Provide individualised support to students who will benefit from it
  • Assist the senior teachers by managing student behaviour and encouraging focus
  • Work alongside motivated students who are eager to achieve their academic goals
We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Holds a degree in a core subject from a Russell Group University (Maths, English, Science, Humanities etc.)
  • Has a passion for education and the ability to inspire students
  • Demonstrates confidence in leading sessions and communicating effectively with students
  • Has prior experience in child-focused roles (tutoring, mentoring, etc.), though this is not necessarily essential
  • Possesses resilience, a strong work ethic, and a motivation to support students' success
