A critical part of your responsibility will be delivering engaging and informative product demos to potential customers, ensuring they have all the knowledge they need to make an informed purchasing decision. You will also assist with administrative tasks that support the sales and marketing teams, ensuring the sales process runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Demos: Lead and conduct live product demos with potential customers, showcasing the full capabilities and value of the software.
  • Outbound Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through proactive outreach, driving interest in the software and securing demo opportunities.
  • Sales Support: Maintain the sales pipeline, track leads, and manage follow-ups to ensure timely and effective conversions.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Assist in content management, lead nurturing, and the execution of marketing campaigns to generate and maintain a steady flow of leads.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with prospects, providing consultative support throughout the sales process to ensure a positive experience.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking all sales activities and customer interactions.
