We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Product Owner with strong SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the successful implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet business needs and deliver maximum value. This role requires a deep understanding of both the technical and business aspects of Dynamics 365, along with proven expertise in applying SAFe principles too.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role.
  • Proven experience with Dynamics 365 and its various modules.
  • Strong experience with SAFe and Agile methodologies.


Skills:

  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 capabilities, customization, and integration.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.
  • Contribute to the product vision and roadmap. Through understanding market forces and representing the end users. Additionally assist with ART Backlog prioritisation and educate the ART during PI Planning
  • Connecting with the customer by applying customer centricity and design thinking:
  • Knowing the end users and stakeholders
  • Identify the problem to be solved
  • Develop whole-product solutions
  • Manage and prioritise the team backlog
  • User story creation and backlog prioritisation
  • Understands the business requirements and KPIs and designs or accepts features to improve them
  • Interfaces between technology team and stakeholders and end-users
