- Lead the implementation of Sage Intacct for clients, within agreed timelines and budgets
- Gather and analyse client requirements and design solutions to meet these requirements
- Provide technical support to clients and partners throughout the implementation process
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Deliver training to clients and partners on the use and implementation of the solution
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues during the implementation process
- Analyse and report on project progress
- Ensure the successful delivery of the solution to meet the agreed timelines and quality
- Stay up to date with industry trends and developments
- Proven experience in Sage Intacct implementation
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge and experience of Agile methodology
- Knowledge of project management processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of database and system design
