Job requirement:

  • Minimum 3 years office management experience
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Residential Sales and Lettings

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day to day running of the branch
  • Identifying areas of improvements and drive growth and market share by overseeing and participating in all aspects of sales and lettings
  • ?Setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
  • Carry out property market appraisals and viewings
  • Monitor and motivate the Sales and Lettings team
