Full license and own car required.
Hours - Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 5pm, 5-day week, day off in lieu.

Job requirement:
- Minimum 3 years office management experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in Residential Sales and Lettings
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Good communication skills
- Self-motivated and target driven
- Full UK driving licence (Must own a car)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day running of the branch
- Identifying areas of improvements and drive growth and market share by overseeing and participating in all aspects of sales and lettings
- ?Setting and reviewing of office and personal targets
- Carry out property market appraisals and viewings
- Monitor and motivate the Sales and Lettings team
