As the Sales & Logistics Coordinator at Wanstor, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of projects, products, and services. In this dynamic role, you will not only collaborate closely with the Sales Team, Finance Department, and Service Desk Teams but also serve as the face of our business, looking after reception and maintaining a welcoming, professional office environment.

What You'll Do

  • Build trusted relationships with team mates, suppliers, and clients, becoming a reliable partner in every interaction.
  • Oversee procurement and logistics,managing the purchase of IT hardware, software, and licenses while negotiating the best deals. Ensure timely coordination of orders, resources, and deliveries, keeping all stakeholders informed and projects on track.
  • Manage license renewals and stock levels,keeping customers updated, providing quotations, and reordering as necessary to maintain seamless operations.
  • Create and process sales and purchase orders,ensuring accuracy and compliance with company processes. Handling RMA coordination and logistics management for returns, faulty hardware, and couriers,
  • Maintain a high-standard office environment,ensuring facilities are well-stocked, clean, and comfortable. Manage suppliers to keep the workspace functional and welcoming.
  • Support the team with ad hoc duties,contributing to the smooth operation of the office and the success of the business.
