Sales Administrator - Fluent French Salary £30,000 - £35,000

Based in Ealing

Hybrid after probation (4 days in office, 1 days working from home)

A top manufacturer and distributor of tools and accessories in the building industry, based in Ealing is looking for a bilingual French and English, Sales Administrator to process orders and manage invoicing for their European customers, with a strong focus on their French market. Looking for individuals that are an easy commute to Ealing.

Duties:

  • Manage and process orders for European customers
  • Communicate with French-speaking customers, providing excellent service and support
  • Respond to queries from customers and the sales team regarding order status, updates, and special requests, primarily through email and MS Teams
  • Work closely with European warehouses and logistics partners to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly
  • Address any delivery issues promptly and liaise with logistics to resolve them efficiently
  • Raise invoices once orders have been dispatched and ensure all billing information is accurate
  • Maintain up-to-date customer records, orders, invoices, and credit memos on ERP system

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in customer support and sales order processing
  • Ability to read and speak French fluently
  • Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word and Excel - (Be able to use Pivot tables and V look ups)
  • Any knowledge of ERP software or systems would be advantageous
  • Organised with an ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable working in a small team and good with managing a varied workload
