This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with the right skills and attitude to build a successful career in sales and marketing.Key Responsibilities & Skills:Answering the phones and dealing with customer enquiriesCreating quotes for consumers and small orders and copying simple quotes for existing projectsSupporting marketing projects and campaignsFollowing up leads, quotes, and project statusesFollowing office procedures and ensuring filing systems and databases are up to dateAd hoc duties and admin support as and when requiredRequirementsMinimum 1-3 years of experience in a customer service and sales administration environmentExperience of raising sales quotes within the building products sectorPolite, professional, and persuasive communication skills, able to build relationships easilyWell-organised and able to prioritise and multitaskHigh level of focus towards accuracy and attention to detailExperience with Sage programs and full Microsoft suite preferred.Able to adapt to the company's sales order processing (SOP) and customer relationship management (CRM) packages.Please note that this role is office-based role and there is no parking space at the office.If you are interested in this position, please give Aaron from Pertemps a call on .
