We are currently working with a  worldwide specialist manufacturing company who are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their  friendly team on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our global reputation for quality and service excellence. 

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing the entire order process.
  • Oversee inventory and stock requirements, ensuring availability for orders.
  • Prepare shipping and export documentation.
  • Provide accurate quotations and maintain effective communication with customers.
  • Input sales orders into our in-house computer system with precision.
  • Ensure timely payment receipt in accordance with invoice terms.
  • Verify product accuracy and paperwork prior to dispatch.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with a global clientele.
  • Advantageous: Experience in exports and/or sales administration roles.
