We are currently working with a worldwide specialist manufacturing company who are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied environment. As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our global reputation for quality and service excellence.
Day-to-day of the role:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, managing the entire order process.
- Oversee inventory and stock requirements, ensuring availability for orders.
- Prepare shipping and export documentation.
- Provide accurate quotations and maintain effective communication with customers.
- Input sales orders into our in-house computer system with precision.
- Ensure timely payment receipt in accordance with invoice terms.
- Verify product accuracy and paperwork prior to dispatch.
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with a global clientele.
- Advantageous: Experience in exports and/or sales administration roles.
