Our client is a highly regarded and well established multi independent estate agency, committed to providing exceptional property services to their clients in the St John's Wood area. They are currently seeking a diligent and organised Sales Administrator to join their team.

Role Overview:

As a Sales Administrator you will play a vital role in the smooth operation of the branch, providing essential sales administrative support to the Sales Negotiator with all aspects of Sales Administration to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Administrator:

  • Monthly and Weekly reporting (KPIs) to the Directors.
  • Manage general office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, filing, and data entry.
  • Prepare and produce a variety of sales documentation, including market appraisal letters, new instruction letters, marketing materials, offer letters, and sales correspondence.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, professionally addressing client inquiries and requests.
  • Support sales negotiators with sales administrative tasks to streamline the sales process.
  • Coordinate and schedule property viewings and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring efficient organisation and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless branch operations.
  • Contribute to branch performance through effective sales administration and customer engagement.
  • Manage marketing initiatives, including social media accounts and branch event organisation.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and notes, ensuring key discussions and actions are documented.
  • Conduct internet and database checks to support business operations.

Requirements for the Sales Administrator:

  • Previous administrative experience is preferred within the real estate industry is desirable.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software and systems - Reapit
  • Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanour.
