I am currently working with an established international technical and production company. They are a leader in live events with a strong presence in both the UK and internationally. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our growing team and enhance client experiences using cutting-edge audio-visual technologies. The role will be office-based Monday- Friday 830-530 hours.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Provide administrative support to onsite sales and technical staff.
  • Process orders directly from clients and through the web shop.
  • Utilise the CRM system to provide up-to-date management information and reports.
  • Ensure all client interactions and transactions are handled with precision and professionalism.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment, contributing ideas and knowledge.
  • A keen interest in technology with a willingness to learn about new advancements.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
