Our very well known Dartford based client is expanding rapidly, and we're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join their team as Sales Advisors. • Daily Responsibilities: Engage with customers and represent our clients across three key campaigns: Business-to-Business, Business-to-Consumer, and Events.
• Work Schedule: Flexible office hours from Monday to Saturday. We're looking for Sales Advisors available for at least 4 full days a week.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Receive personalised coaching and mentoring to help you meet and exceed your targets.
• Team Collaboration: Join team meet-ups and upskilling sessions to boost productivity and camaraderie.

• Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but not required! We provide comprehensive sales coaching and product training.
• Skills: Ideal Sales Advisors work well both independently and in a team, have a strong work ethic, are honest, and are eager to learn.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills are a must for this role.
• Earnings Potential: This subcontracted role is commission-based, with average weekly earnings ranging from £350-£600. There's no cap on your potential earnings—the sky's the limit!
• Availability: Flexibility is key, with a preference for candidates who can commit to at least 4 full days a week.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the UK or hold a valid work visa suitable for this role. Tier 4 student and Tier 2 skilled work visas are NOT accepted.
