Prospero are looking for a experienced AV & live events sales candidate, it is essential someone with a bit of AV event production background and sales acumen who can call over their lapsed database and bring clients back on / increase revenue for them / cold call new clients.
The Role
- Be responsible for driving new business opportunities with new clients and developing and retaining existing clients
- achieve revenue, cost and business targets
Key Accountability's:
- Ensuring new, retain and growth opportunities are identified, prioritised and converted with the right levels of sales resource
- Creating and deploying regional plan to realise opportunities, deliver targets and mitigate threats and work with third parties
- Capturing and acting on client insight
- Ensuring business development standards are achieved
- Successfully deploying new propositions across the region
- Providing accurate monthly revenue forecast and reporting
- Deploying effective ways of working with others to deliver greater efficiency
Key Dimensions:
- Delivery of KPI's including opportunity pipeline, conversion rate, effective call rates
- Achievement of expenditure targets
