Sales Negotiator - Harringay

Dove & Hawk are once again working with one our most trusted client on a very exciting Sales Negotiator opportunity.About the company / office

• A very successful multi-branch independent agency.
• This office is a market leader in Harringay
• They banked £1.5M+ last year, and are looking to increase this in 2025
• Very busy office with a huge number of properties on their books, with the top biller in the office banking £380K last year
• Incredibly knowledgeable director, with an eye for growth
• Close knit team and supportive team
• Sales progressor as part of your team, your sole job is to get offers!

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of residential sales experience, preferably in the area
• A full and clean manual driving licence
• A proven track record of success within residential sales.
• Knowledge of the sales process from start to finish
• Strong communication skills both face to face and over the telephone.
• Immaculate presentation.
• Valuation experience would be a plus
