The Sales Negotiator position is available at a market leader in Southgate, requiring a driving licence, own car, and prior Sales Negotiator experience.
The role offers an OTE of up to £50,000+, with a basic salary starting at £25,000+, along with a generous commission structure.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6:30pm, Friday from 9am to 6pm, and Saturday from 10am to 4pm, with a day off during the week when a Saturday is worked.
Key responsibilities include speaking with clients, chasing leads, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and performing basic administration tasks.
Candidates must have Sales Negotiator experience, demonstrate strong customer service skills, and be positive, organised, and reliable team players.

Sales Negotiator - duties

Speak to clients both over the telephone and in person
Chasing leads and keeping in contact with applicants/clients
Book in & conduct property viewings
Negotiate offers & agree sales
Carry out basic administration
Generate and book in valuations
