Residential Sales Negotiator. Based in the Wimbledon Village area of Southwest of London, our client is a leading firm of independent Estate Agents who are expanding their current team and are seeking a Sales Negotiator for their successful Branch.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience working within the local area, have a professional approach and be able to communicate at all levels.
Purpose of the role:
- To assist the Sales team in the smooth running of the department and its ongoing success.
- To liaise with clients on a regular basis regarding their requirements and provide a high-quality service at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Regularly liaise with applicants, Buyers and Vendors in relation to their requirements
- To match suitable properties to Buyer’s requirements
- To arrange and attend property viewings
- To negotiate offers
- To generate new instructions and business
- To arrange Viewings and valuations
- To meet set targets
- Administration

Requirements
- Full UK Driving license
- Own car and insured for business use
- 1 year’s previous experience
