Job Title: Sales Negotiator
Location: South East LondonSalary:£22K - £24K basic + car allowanceOTE (On Target Earnings):£35K - £45K (Year 1)Working Hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 9:00am - 6:30pm
- Friday: 9:30am - 5:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays (with a day off during the week when working a Saturday)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inquiries and managing the sales process for residential properties.
- Conducting viewings and negotiations.
- Building relationships with clients to drive sales.
- Providing expert advice on property market conditions and trends.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
- Managing property listings and working closely with the team to close deals.
Ideal Candidate:
- A MINIMUM of one year of experience in sales or lettings (though transferable skills or relevant work experience will be considered).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Well presented.
- Punctual, with a positive, can do attitude.
- Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Must hold a valid UK driving license and have access to a car.
