Sales Negotiator - Muswell Hill / East Finchley

Salary - £20,000 - £24,000 + Commission and Car Allowance

5-day week - Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am - 4pm

Our well established and highly regarded client based in the North London area are looking for a Sales Negotiator to work within their branch in Muswell Hill or East Finchley. Priding themselves on hard work, client attraction and an excellent attitude to all aspects of a busy Estate Agency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform market appraisals and take on instructions.
  • Create new ideas for canvassing and marketing.
  • Handling calls and emails enquiries to company standards.
  • Productive dairy & time management
  • Dealing with customer enquiries effectively.
  • Agreeing deals and ensuring monthly KPIs and banking’s are consistently hit.
  • Regular Vendor care and obtaining price reductions.
  • Passing business to the mortgage broker & panel solicitors
  • Qualifying offers and negotiating deals
  • Prospecting & canvassing to generate valuations and build vendor database.
  • Ensure focus on own development, progression and increasing industry knowledge.
