Sonic Summary

Our client based in Wimbledon is seeking a talented and experienced salesperson to join their multi-branch agency.
The position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and offers a basic salary of up to £22,000.
On target earnings (OTE) can reach up to £50,000, inclusive of commission.
The role involves generating applicants, conducting viewings, and negotiating offers while meeting sales targets.
Employees will work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with Saturdays on a rota basis, and are entitled to a weekday off when working a Saturday.

Our client based in Wimbledon is looking for talented and experienced sales person to join their.

Area: Wimbledon SW19

Company Type: Multi Branch Agency

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am-6pm (Sat 9am – 5pm) 5 day week.

You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis. When working a Saturday, you are given any weekday off (Your choice) as a day in Lieu.

Tasks

Generate applicants for the properties by calling through existing database
Responding to enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and on the market by phone and email
Arrange and conduct viewings
Negotiate offers with both vendor and applicants
Hitting sales targets/KPI’s on a weekly/monthly basis

Requirements

Money hungry

Articulate and professional
A minimum 1 years experience (desirable)
