- Working with and supporting the global sales team in a variety of daily tasks including but not limited to report generation, contract review, and processing new sales orders.
- Onboarding customers, maintaining and managing customer profiles and subscription data.
- Managing and maintaining general sales data in company CRM and other downstream content distribution platforms.
- Oversee all customer inquiries related to their contract & billing.
- Managing and maintaining sales process compliance with account managers.
- Training the sales team to utilise systems that increase sales efficiency, including CRM and additional tools
- Can confidently demonstrate exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a robust work load
- IT proficient with a good level of Excel
- Experience using Salesforce would be advantageous
- Willingness to learn and a proactive team player
