Sales Operations Coordinator- Central London (on-site)- Up to £35,000

Pod Talent is excited to be partnering with a fantastic B-Corp consumer goods business, who are looking for a Sales Operations Executive to join their team in central London. This award winning business puts sustainability at the forefront of their work, and is proud to hold over 5 sustainability accreditations for their products. 

This is an incredible opportunity for someone with experience processing a high volume of customer orders (both B2B and B2C), using amazon portals, to develop more end to end skills, as you will have the opportunity to work with manufacturers and suppliers. You will also be able to develop your data skills, managing customer data, pricing, setting up new products, recording any stock issues, and dealing with customer service queries. 

What we are looking for:

  • 2 years + experience in a similar order processing role, working with a shelf life product
  • Experience working with B2B customers across phone, email, and platform channels 
  • Strong communication skills, fluent English
  • Good Excel skills (v-lookups, sumifs, pivots)
  • IDEAL: experience dealing with Amazon Vendor/ FBA Amazon Seller
